Admissions are regulated by Directorate of Technical Education

Directorate of Technical Education, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh has announced the on line counselling schedule for Admission in MBA / Polytechnic / B Pharmacy / D Pharmacy courses run in the colleges of Madhya Pradesh. Candidates interested in these courses are required to fill up online application form on website of DTE. The candidates will be selected on the basis of common merit list based on entrance exam / qualifying exam.

For admission to various courses application on a prescribed form to be made.Department wise counsellors shall assist or guide at the time of submission of the application form along with attested copies of required documents. Students may get preference as a sportsperson or for the activities or any other category. The application form along with prospectus can be obtained from the office at the prescribed cost.

Candidates who has passed the qualifying examination mentioned shall be eligible for admission to various courses.Admission shall be granted on the basis of merit, percentage of marks obtained in qualifying examination and the selection shall be made through interviews.

An applicant will be admitted to the institute only after being found suitable during the personal interview/ counselling. Following documents shall be submitted by the applicant at the time of admission.

  11. Diploma Mark Sheets (Only in case Lateral Entry Admissions)
  • – Fee must be deposited in fee section on all working days between 10.00 am to 5.00 pm
  • – Fee once paid shall not be refunded or transferred under any circumstances. All Transfer certificate will be issued only after all the dues are cleared.
  • – University fees like – Exam fee, Migration Fee, Nomination Fee, Degree fee,and other fee are payable in addition to the course fee deposited.

Basic Requirements:In order to get MBA admission in Madhya Pradesh, the applicants must have at least 50% of marks in Bachelor’s or Under Graduate (UG) degree. Candidates with Bachelor’s degree in any discipline are eligible to apply for MBA admission in Madhya Pradesh. There will be a relaxation of marks for SC/ ST and other reserved categories.

Entrance Exam:For getting MBA admission in Madhya Pradesh, the applicants must have a valid MP MET/ MAT/ CMAT/ CAT score. The candidates must score qualifying marks in any of these MBA entrance exams to be considered for the admission.

Domicile Rules: Madhya Pradesh state domicile rules apply for only MP MET exam. Only the residents of Madhya Pradesh are eligible to apply for MP MET exam. The domicile rules do not apply for management quota MBA admissions in Madhya Pradesh.

Qualifying Exam:The minimum qualifying examination required is 10th. The aspirant must have passed 10th standard either from the Madhya Pradesh board or from other recognized educational board.

Subjects:Candidates should pass the above examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects.

Minimum Marks:Minimum aggregate of 35% marks is required in the qualifying examination.

Mark Scheme:The candidates who have passed the qualifying with grace marks are also eligible for the test, but the condition is that he/she should satisfy the aggregate marks criteria without considering the grace marks. In other words, we can say that grace marks have not been considered in the calculation of aggregate marks.
The candidates whose mark sheet is based on the grading system are converted into number system on the basis of the formula provided in the mark sheet.

Gender:For Mining and Mine Surveying/Mine Surveying course, no female candidates can apply.

Age Limit:The age limit for Mining and Mine Surveying/Mine Surveying course should be not less than 16 years as on 1st January 2019.

Domicile:For admission in the polytechnic colleges of Madhya Pradesh, 30% weightage will be given to the 10th class marks and 70% to the marks secured by the candidate in MP PPT 2019 examination.

At the time of admission, the candidates have to show the local resident certificate issued by the state government of Madhya Pradesh.

Eligibility

Students who want to join the Pharmacy  programme have to fulfill the given eligibility criteria:

For D.Pharm Course – It is the diploma in pharmacy. The minimum qualification of 10+2 is required. It must be passed with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology subjects. For admission to this course, candidates must have completed 17 years of the year of admission.

For B.Pharm Course – It is the bachelor’s degree in pharmacy that can be taken after passing 12th/intermediate examination. For this course, candidates must pass 10+2 with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the Mathematics / Computer Science / Biotechnology / Biology subjects and must obtained 50% marks in qualifying examination. Minimum 17 years of age and maximum  23 years on or before 31st  December of the year of admission.

  • For admission to the Pharmacy courses, a student must have passed class 12thwith Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics/Biology.
  • Students have to secure a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying examination.
  • Students, those pass the three year Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) are also eligible.

SPECIAL NOTES

  • – The candidates will have to bring their Parents/Guardians at the time of admission for signing t h e documents in the presence of the Teacher-in-Charge.
  • – The admission is assured only when the eligibility criteria is fulfilled in totality and both the Convenor ofAdmissions and the Principal of the College approve.
  • – A Candidate who has passed 10+2 qualifying examination conducted by State Board other than CBSE/ICSE will be required to get their Mark Sheet and Provisional Certificate verified and attested by the Secretary of the State Board of Examinations.

Note: Original Certificates shall be returned after verification at the time of admission

ADMISSION FOR REGULAR STUDENTS OF PREVIOUS SESSION

Students who have passed/ promoted for the next academic session will have to enroll with readmission form giving latest details every year. They should positively deposit the requisite fee along with readmission form.
